Recently, I upgraded my Computer from a windows 10 PC to a windows 11 PC. On the new windows 11 PC, I noticed that when viewing a desktop in full color mode with "scale to window" turned on, the image has jagged fonts that are unreadable as well as sharp scaling on images almost like sub-pixel rendering is disabled. This does not happen on 256 colors on the windows 11 PC or on the windows 10 PC set at either 256 or full Colors.
Currently using Ultravnc Viewer 1.4.3.6 and also have tried the latest dev build (1.5.0.15) with the same results.
Is there some library, plugin or even a VNC setting I'm missing on the new PC that will fix this issue?

Looks like an encoder and quality setting (this is a vnc option you can change)

I've tried various encoding, compression and quality settings and even went as far as copying all of the uvnc configuration ini files from the working windows 10 PC to the windows 11 PC. Same issue.

I have the same issue, when scaling over 100 %.
The image has jagged fonts and icons are very unclear.
I have also tried encoding, compression and quality settings but nothing gave an acceptable result
