high cpu utilization

my client using SC is encountering high CPU utilization when the connection is active and there is an activity. i'm using the latest vnc viewer 1.0.0. any ideas?

3 mains reasons:

- low CPU speed
- macromedia animated flash
- some video, audio


For reduce this issue, you can install video hook driver if accepted from your customer.
then SC use video hook driver if your customer have video card as 32bits or 16bits colors mode.
