.VNC File & VNC Viewer Combined into one File

I'm still trying to find if somebody has already done this, it seems so simple that somebody MUST have already created such a beast. What I'm looking for is this:

.VNC Settings file COMBINED with a VNCViewer Executable (preferrably my favorite blend of VNC, UltraVNC, wink wink, nudge nudge) into one single file. The End result that the end user just has to double click a file to connect through to a server without having to install VNC or recall server IPs & ports. The Intended end result is to have the file on a Thumbdrive that users could carry around and use at PCs where they can't install software.

Yes, I realize all you HAVE to do i just put vncviewer.exe on the thumbdrive and then fill in the server address, but I want to elimiate that step, the idea being to create an actual KEY that employees could use to connect to their PCs at work (with a password, of course)

If such a software package exists, please just point me in it's direction, I haven't had any luck googling such software.
