When I want to create the custom SC, I see two versions.
It does not explain which one to use for what?

What viewer can/should I use for SC ?

What version is better to use for compiling SC?
The RC23 or the RL1.00 ? I can't find this info on your site.
What version *should* be used to listen at either of those?

I'm NOT using the ID option.
And why is the online compiler still adding MSRC4Plugin.dsm even when I do not add an rc4.key or encryption using host?
