Has SC Been updated?

After finding what I THINK is the latest SC source code, it looks like it hasn't been updated in over 14 months. I would have assumed that at least some of the 1.00 enhancements would have made their way into SC. Is SC dead? Is the source code I found simply 14 months old? Is SCIII getting all the attention nowadays, or even replacing SC?

I'm not sure which version to use for what,
UltraVNC could use a decent WIKI,
currently it seems targeted at experts only.
