Hi Everyone, We are a IT Consultant firm and we are looking at moving into UVNC SC for Remote Support. Whats the best setup so that more than one Technician/Consultant can be providing support to clients at one given time?

this mode, you need to install separate software uvnc_repeater on a DMZ
but if you have customer with socks4/sock5 proxy
you should use vnc-related products but without this repeater but another one better stable.
