Hi Friends!

I tryed to find some Brazillian Portuguese Translation, and as I could not find I have made my own, using resource hacker over French vnclang.dll, using ResourceHacker.

I would like to share it with the comunity and ask if someone is interested to review, I will be glad to correct it.
