AD Domain User accounts with pc's not running on domain

We have multiple Production machines at one of our Plants that requires remote access by vendors and staff. We want to give vendors AD accounts to log into the computers (via ultra VNC) however these computers cannot be on Our domain.

is their anyway around this issue and still use our domain AD accounts.
