SC remote support

Hi There,

For our company I want to make an tool to replace our current remote support software ISLLIGHT.
What I want:

1. Send the custumor a link to open the SC remote program
2. the have to choose for Engineer 1, Engineer 2, ...... and so on.
3. As engineer I want to connect to the external or internal address of the server which have to handle the traffic between engineer and custumor.


Now my questions:

1. Is this possible?
2. How do I have to make this?

I have tried the following:

1. Made an SC program with the correct ip adres that connect to the server which have to handle the traffic between the custumer and the engineer
2. tried a lot to make al of this works with the relay server but now i am stuck.

Is there anybody that can help me?
