office 2003 menu (outlook, winwod, etc) don't appears while chunkvnc is connected, if exit chunkvnc, menu work fine again

Your English is fine! Unfortunately I can't answer your question. Maybe you need to turn off Aero in Vista/Win7?

sorry, the problem is in windows xp sp3 only, not seven or vista...

Have you modified ChunkVNC in any way?

CaptureAlphaBlending is enabled by default in ChunkVNC, the menu shows up just fine for me with Vista/7 in Office 2007 but I have yet to try XP.

I'll have to do some testing with XP, can anyone else confirm Office 2007 menu works with XP while using an unmodified ChunkVNC?

PD: the problem is Windows XP SP3 + Office 2003/2007 combination only.

I just tested XP Home and Pro SP3 with Office 2003 and 2007, both work just fine for me....

I support many customers with XP and Office all the time without issue...

Could you be more specific on what is happening with the menus?
