Erro 0: RegQueryValueEx 1 ValueLength = 0 using MSLogonACL

I'm using the 1.0.8.2 and I try exporting my groups for installation unattended.

I am getting this error when I run mslogonacl.exe /e

Erro 0: RegQueryValueEx 1 ValueLength = 0

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Are you entering a path and file name to save it as?

mslogonacl.exe /e c:\temp\ACL.txt
