Specifying OPTIONS in JavaViewer

I am able to compile JavaViewer and compile winvnc, but I cannot get JavaViewer to use and *.vnc options.

According to README in JavaViewer, there are options in the *.vnc files. I have edited index.vnc, but it does not get used.

I have added index.vnc to the res of the winvnc project with the rest of the JavaViewer files, but that doens't help either.

I know that JavaViewer is NEVER using any of the *.vnc files because the *.vnc files have a specific <title> that is never used.

How and where can I specify the options referenced in the JavaViewer README file?
