why to i have to upload my config files to get a SC .exe file? Is there a compiler somewhere i can download? If not why?

Technically it's just an 7-zip SFX. Go get http://www.7-zip.org and learn how to make SFX's in DOS. It's all in the help file. 7-zip can extract your already-"compiled" SC and you can see what's inside. I'd elaborate more, but I'm at work, and I suppose I should be "working" haha ;)
