Install Server only

I need to create a custom install in order to modify installation path and installing only server option (without service).
I have tried to use msiexec properties to get it, but I'm not able to install only server option, without server service installed.
I use next command:

E:\>msiexec /i "UltraVnc_10962_x86.msi" /quiet INSTALLTYPE=2 TARGETDIR="c:\Archivos de Programa\UltraVnc"
This command installs the application in "c:\Archivos de Programa\UltraVnc" path.

I have tried to install only server option through this command line as it is said in msiexec documentation.
E:\>msiexec /i "UltraVnc_10962_x86.msi" /quiet INSTALLTYPE=2 TARGETDIR="c:\Archivos de Programa\UltraVnc" ADDLOCAL=Server
It doesn't work. Anyone knows how to do this? Anyone knows how to do it in another way, or using other kind of installation?
