1.1.8 now run a lot stabler with the latest fixes.
I tried all trick i know to simulate different situations to force errors.
It's possible there as still issue's left, sometimes things only happen in certain
situations. I only can fix them when i can repeat it.

Hi Rudy,

I upgraded from 1.1.8.0 to 1.1.8.5 on a windows xp (without any errors).

But the quality of the image during a session to a WinVnc version 1.1.8.0 on windows 7 is now totally bad even unreadable.

Any advice to fix that issue ?

For network speeds between 256k and 10MB the auto mode now use u2 as encoder.
This is a jpeg encoder and can make text unreadable when a low quality is used.

You can
-set a higher quality (viewer option:o jpeg(tight) )
-select a non auto mode.
-manual set an encoder ( viewer optuions)

The default viewer options now have reconnect=3 instead of 0.
On session switch, server need to restart in the active session, when the value is not 0, it happen in
background without the need to logon.

The bug does not reconnect the server to the repeater.

Repeat the description of the problem:

1. The server connects to the repeater

4. Press the cancel button.

It's just that there are some many reconnects.
using plugin, revers using command lines etc...

Looks like a authentication failure disable the autoreconnect.

Possible found, please test with this exe.
