Screen position window launching
Make a command line parameter that allows the user to open the viewer specifying the top left pixel position. Also have a mode where the screen tells you what position the top left pixel location is.

You can do this now programmatically. I'm guessing you meant the position of the Viewer window on the local computer.Also have a mode where the screen tells you what position the top left pixel location is.
