No "READ ONLY" on XP Home?

Post by sb37 »

I've installed UVNC 1.02 on xp home with SP2 etc.

Using MS Logon 1 (i've read the MSL II is not working on XP Home)

With administrator accounts I can logon to UVNC fine and use the box remote.

However, I've created an account VNCVIEWER and placed it in the GEBRUIKERS (Dutch for restricted users) group and placed it in the third group in the MS LOGON SETUP screen of UVNC. I assumed that this user would only be able to view what's happening. But it has full control! The vncviewer account is really only a member of of the gebruikers group...

Any ideas?

Regards,
Frank.
