Problems over LAN

Hi,
I have two PC's on a LAN. They are in a domain controlled by a Server running Windows SBS 2003. The 2 PC's run Windows Vista Ultimate (32 Bit) and Windows Vista Ultimate (64 Bit). I can view the x64 on the x32 but not vice versa. I have stopped firewalls on both machines. Can anyone give me any tips on how I can get the x32 to be viewed from the x64 (i've obviously got a setting wrong somewhere).
Any advice would be appreciated,
