Is the SC Creator not working?

Every time I upload a my support.zip it comes back with a link saying it is ready for dowload but when I attempt to download it fails saying it could not locate my file.

Am I doing something wrong or is the SC Creator not working?

I figured this one out.

My ico files were bad. Once I got some valid icon1.ico and icon2.ico files I was able to get the SC creator to work.
