Server mouse issue

Post by CraigL »

Using SC as a remote support tool....

I do not see the mouse movement by the 'server' user in my viewer. Mouse control from the viewer is okay.

Is this normal behavior?

Understood. But can you see the cursor movement when the remote user moves the cursor? I don't.
