SC repeater help I think?

I have two scenarious I need to support, both with SC.

First is:

PC(w/sc)-nat'd--->PC(w/vnc viewer) behind a firewall (no access to forward ports)

Second:

PC(w/sc)-nat'd---->PC(w/vnc viewer) nat'd

I'm looking for a single solution for both of these. The key part is that I don't have the ability to configure the SC network for port forwarding.
