extra confirmation / user interaction

hi

i am just creating my first SC i am having trouble with getting it to work when the client has windows One Care Live Firwall installed.

also is it possiable to add more confirmation / user interaction to SC

for example

a pop up box that says you are now connected an a tech is ready to take control of your pc do you want to continue.

also a pop up box to tell you user that the remote session has ended and they the programe has been removed.
