encryption problem

Post by rincal »

hi.

i have single click working without encryption over wan - no problem.

but when i try with encrytion configured the way i think from reading instructions, i can't get it to work. i am pretty sure that this is because i am not interpreting something along the way.

i cannot see an example of a helpdesk file anywhere with encryption entries/parameters - could someone show me one with correct entries or point me to a copy or example of one please? i am pretty sure that this is where i am making error, i need to eliminate this first.

as things stand i have tried several different ways the sc .exe file either does nothing or i get a message on viewer machine about connection failed - invalid protocol - you've forgotten to select a dsmplugin....

thanks in advance
