Single Click behind different NAT router [how to?]

Post by gordom »

Hello everyone.
There are 2 computers that belong to different networks. Both are located behind (different) NAT routers. A full installation of VNC server on the "external network" machine has to be avoided. I would like to use a Single Click instead of that. Is it possible? If so, how can it be achieved?

The goal is to have a single click application that can be sent to the customer if help desk support is needed. The application should work without any limitation due to customer location.

Thanks in advance,

gordom
