Windows 7 problem

We successfully use UltraVNC Click and what a great product, but when we take control off a windows 7 machine from a windows 7 support machine, the support person is unable to see what is happening on the remote computer. The response of the remote computer is 100%, but the support person can't see what they are doing, as nothing happens on their side.

Any help would be appreciated.

for the listening mode i use vncviewer -noauto -256colors -listen

SC still seems to pose issues on Win7. You may want to try SCPrompt or ChunkVNC instead. Please review the other recent forum posts.
