New SC Repeater Bundle / Creator (Rob Platt)

Post by B »

Hey, I just stumbled over a package that Rob Platt (member here "robplatt") put together and published on his site recently.

http://www.robplatt.com/index.php/2010/ ... -repeater/

Like ChunkVNC, it's intended to primarily work with the UVNC repeater. Like the original SC Creator, it sits on a web server.

It "dynamically" compiles custom SC executables via a web interface, intended to serve to one's clients from a web server...

Interesting!

ASP.net and PHP versions.

No idea how well it works or if it negates the "can't connect server first" repeater problem (probably not).

Way cool, can't wait for the PHP source! :D

Update on the "server first" issue:
Did some testing today and while running UltraVNC as a app in XP I was able to get it to work perfectly with and without SecureVNC by right clicking-> add new client... This was with the Perl repeater, weird...
