Send Remote Command

Post by drsefus »

It could be a good thing to allow to send custom commands from a requester to the server. That could allow send Run-command like the windows-R shortcut but with two advantages:

1.- Will not be included into the list of Start-Run typed strings
2.- Remote Users Couldn't see what you're doing. (Yes! I know you can switch off the screen, but if typed in Start Menu-Run command remains in the history).

This could be helpful for admins like me who don't like the users to watch (or repeat) what you're doing.

I hope you foind that interesting and maybe it could be included in a future release.

Hi

I also think that this is a good idea, but only if this is optional so that the client can enable it if necessary!

Any news about this? Come on, it's from 2004...many other programs (commercial, unfortunately) have it.

It's just a right click option that opens a "run" like square where you can enter remote commands.
