Workaround for the UAC

Post by transambird_2000 »

I am not sure if this could be bent to work with ChunkVNC or not, but this is what i use to get around the UAC for PChelpware. It works for Vista and win 7. It's just a script that kills the uac in the registry and then renables it when you quit PChelpware. Any chance you can modify this to work? I love the sound of ChunkVNC, but i don't want to install anything on the remote machines.

Great!, I think i will give this a try then. We have been using PCHelpware for a couple years and it's okay.

How many people can use 1 repeater at a time?
