can't run uvnc on restricted user

hi

i built a uvnc single click file so users can download from a website
and run it

everything works fine with admin users
the problems is when i have some reguler users in domain
everythings works great in xp for them
but in win 7 it doesnt work it keeps poping up to enter a credentials

is there a way to let uvnc run without admin permissions ?
