Dameware and other remote desktop connections allow for a small window to toast up (that can't be closed or is re-opened if closed) when there is an active connection with the name of the computer and ip address from the remote computer. This little dialog sits on top of all applications so people know they are connected to.

I would like to see a similair feature that is server controlled that would do the same thing.
