UltraVNC on Windows Server 2008

Post by vladk »

Hi all.
I need help with proper configuration Ultravnc on windows server 2008.
I installed uVNC and configured password so I can connect to my server. But there is a problem, the connection is buggy. When I'm pressing "Start" menu, I have to wait 5-7 seconds to see image refreshing.
I decided to compare uVNC with TeamViever, but I got the same problem. 0_o Image refresh speed is too low. Connection to server is great, I have 1Gbit network.

Any advices?

server 2008 act as win7.

The problem is a slow video card. Capture speed depend on the time needed to transfer data from video memory to kernel
memory.
In this case the mirror driver maybe usefull.
You need to test, it depend on the hardware
