Setup UltraVNC Launcher

I’m new to UltraVNC and I’m confused about setting up servers in the UltraVNC Launcher app. I can’t seem to add any new servers and I’m not sure what exactly I’m supposed to enter in the dialogue box on start up and when I try to add a server. Should I be able to see any running servers and if so will I only see them if I’m running UltraVNC Server on all my remote computers. Currently TightVNC Server is running on them because it was installed with the Screens Connect app. I’ve done this to have remote access to these machines from a Mac. I can control these systems with UltraVNC but I just can’t seem to get any servers setup in the Launcher app. Thanks
