Repeater in 1.8.2.4

Hello, I have been using the Repeater WEB interface for a long time. In order to use the new features, I updated it on the server with the one from the 1.8.2.4 package. Is there any change, because from an external IP I can no longer use the web interface. It only works locally on the server machine?
