Hi,

UltraVNC JP is modified UltraVNC for Japanese environment.
This is GPL.

+ Messages are translated into Japanese.
+ Japanese 106 keyboard supported.
+ Multibyte characters supported at UltraVNC's file transfer.
+ Fixed -- SHIFT+SPACE doesn't work well at remote machine.
+ New option added -- New monitor blanking method.
+ New option added -- Close VNCServer before Windows shutdown.

One fix and two new options might be useful also for original UltraVNC.

I think these two options should be imported into the official release:

However, this option is unnecessary because it corrected it by other methods now.

And for your sources, could you please provide a patch file for applying your patches (by a "diff -u8p" command in linux/cygwin)?

And, please check Miyasaka's IJG's JPEG software with x86 SIMD extension V.1.02 out.

A lot of new cool stuff to include in the regular v1.0.2 (or v1.0.3 as v1.0.2 needs to be released asap).

Nice hack!
FT and fullscreen mode will become more convenient.

But I found a little bug.
at XP style, half the progress bar is hidden.

A lot of new cool stuff to include in the regular v1.0.2 (or v1.0.3 as v1.0.2 needs to be released asap).

Going to check all this and see we can be incorporated quickly and safely.

I didn't test the hack in Themed environment. And it seems that the progress bar in Themed environment needs more space.
I'll make a fix soon.

I released UltraVNC 1.0.2-jp1a.



"Gamma-Gray Monitor Blanking" is a relief option for the environment where "Enable Blank Monitor on Viewer Request" does not work well.
It resembles "Alpha-Blending Monitor Blanking".
However, since it doesn't use Alpha-Blend, it can be used also by Windows NT 4.0, 98 and Me.
