If i were you i would try PM-ing Rudi De Vos, he's the Admin and developer of UVNC.

Is it a known security problem or did you find it yourself?

We are sorry, but you are not authorized to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature.
I tried to Google for the details of the vulnerability, but I did not found any mention yet. On the other hand, a well-known vulnerability scanner found it on our network by accident.

So Rudi, if you could make phpBB to trust me for sending PM or you could give me some other contact that would be great.
