Ability to chat without viewing remote screen
Like the above says. You can connect to remote computer, but not view the screen, just opens up the chat window, there would be a button on the chat to allow the remote viewing to start. Basically an alternative to the connection pop-up window the end user sees to allow the connection. That can be customized some, but not enough for all cases.
