Error handling when name cannot be resolved

when you try to start UVNC-SC to connect to a domain name but dont have any internet connection or whatever to resolve that name apparently it's just fail into a window with "VNC Usage" as the title and the connection line of your host part.

instead there probably should be a note that there is no internet connection or whatever.
