on some clients I get an error 8 after the installation. In the log file i didn't find an error.
Means error 8 restart the computer?

The Preparing to Install stage determined that Setup cannot proceed with installation, and that the system needs to be restarted in order to correct the problem.
This can heappen if dll's can not be unlocked or some other setup require a reboot.
