Would it be possible to add a feature to toggle between the different monitors that a user would have on there computer or scroll through the monitors.

Concur, this is really a must for multiple monitor systems. RealVNC supports this, although couldn't say how. And UltraVNC is just too much of a win performance wise to go back.
