Dear Team,
I still have UltraVNC 1.3.2a installed - both on server and viewer-side.
Question: Can I download UltraVNC 1.4.0.5 --> "ultravnc 1405 X64 setup" and install this latest release over my old installation? Will this keep my settings and not set everything to default? Does this work both for the server and client installations?

The updater does not create a new ultravnc.ini file.
Yes, settings are preserved.
You can also make a backup just copy ultravnc.ini ( program files /uvncbvba/ultravnc) or any spot you installed it.
