Keyboard/Mouse input cuts out in Hyper V

Hi all,
Been dealing with a new issue after switching PCs. Using UltraVNC to remote into a PC and it worked fine on my last laptop the same settings, both on Windows 11, I am now experiencing a weird issue where my keyboard and mouse click and input as they should, but as soon as I open Hyper V or Task Manager, it completely cuts out mouse clicks and keyboard keys, and doesn't track the cursor on the remote pc. When I minimize it with the local mouse when Hyper V is open, I am able to type and input from the M/K as I should like nothing is broken.

Any thoughts on this?

Is ultravnc started with run as admin or as service ?
Hyper V or Task Manager is an elevated app and input is limited to other elevated apps and services.
Ultravnc need to be elevated( run as admin) or a service
