Hi,
I'm using the Single Click for years without any problems. The only thing where I don't succeed is the UAC control.

I added the [DIS_UAC] to my helpdesk.txt and created a new version. When a user starts it, I'm getting a gray screen. The user doesn't get some popup to give access?

We would like to have UAC control when giving support to customers. If we try to open taskmanager we loose control. If we want to start a setup for an upgrade of some software we loose control. So we need to ask to the customer to stay at his screen to confirm.

I have this in the helpdesk.txt.
