Requesting Ctrl+Alt+F3 for "Request Screen Refresh"

...or any other shortcut key for that matter. Someone in another thread mentioned the standard windows refresh key of F5.

I'm surprised this command doesn't have a shortcut key assigned in the first place. It seems I have to use it frequently enough; I believe others do as well. It would certainly be more efficient than hitting the windows key (since I use full screen), followed by right clicking the viewer session on the taskbar and selecting the command. Sure this is easy, but nevertheless...

then press Prt Scr 1x time
