Cannot connect to SC

I would like to use SC as helpdesk-system in our company.

I have now tried everything made my own custom.zip but when I send it via email and the other person starts it I am not able to connect to the SC server

"Failed to connect to server"

Firewall´s are not in between (internal network)

here is my Helpdesk.txt but I did not change much for testing...

It was my fault. I did not recognice that i have to start the the viewer with -listen command
