I use the 1600x1200 res nor my work pc, and I have 2 pcs I connect to with vnc. with the viewer I shrink them down to 50% their normal size and leave them sitting up on the desktop and do what i need to on them. what would be nice is a pin to desktop option that removes the bar at the top with the minimize, maximize and close buttons and attaches it to the desktop right where it is. removing it from the task bar as well. and maybe just add a button to the tool bar to unstick it from the desktop.
