I read the most topics in this forum but I did not manage to find my answer.

-> I'm working with router and dynamic ip so I've created a no-ip adres and forwarded all the ports to my local ip (5500;5800;5900)

-> I've created the .exe with a 192.168.1.2 as host (PC1) and uploaded it
-> when I open exe on (PC2) 192.168.1.3 the following message comes :

WinVNC usage

connect 192.168.1.2 - no registry

-> on pc1 VNC viewer has been started in listen mode

-> what am i doing wrong? Do i have to put something as VNC Server in VNC viewer screen?

What Operating System are you using in the two pc's?? If windows XP make sure that windows firewall isn't blocking your winvnc.exe

Are you using ecryption??

I think we need more info to give you assistance on where the problem is;)
