System Tray Tooltips Missing

Why doesn't Ultra VNC show the system tray tooltips? I connect to a computer that runs some P2P applications and placing the mouse pointer over the system tray icon lets you see what speed it is transferring at. It used to work with the other versions of VNC but why not UltraVNC? Are the system tray tooltips disabled somehow?

Do you have capture alpha blending enabled (server option)

This capture layered and semi transparent windows (but higher cpu)
