Binding to a specific network interface

In the case where there are multiple network interfaces (e.g. internal and external), it would be really useful if the server could bind to a user specified network interface instead of listening on all interfaces. Although the connections can be filtered through a firewall or by using the registry option "AuthHosts", being able to specify the listening interface gives a different feeling of security...

I've googled everywhere and can't find a solution to this. I've tried blocking the ports on the interfaces I don't want VNC to bind to, but that doesn't stop it binding, it just blocks traffic.

Any chance this feature has been added, and if so then how do I tell VNC to bind to just one NIC?
