I would like to be able to place a file on my website for a reqigtered user to download, this would then initiate a link to a Viewer in Listener mode, but all the user has done is download 1 file.

I think it will be a self installing system and then needs to run some command lines, I am fairy good with INNO Setup, so if someone could help me with files needed and command lines, then I could put it all together.
