Windows key hotkeys AND favorite folders for file transfer

Two things I noticed that would awesomely handy:

1) The windows key button is nice, but what about sending window key combinations (e.g. win + e to open explorer, win + pause/break to open system properties). Ideally it would be great to have any window key combo. I use an app called winkey that i have bound win key combos to several shortcuts, programs, etc.

2) I find myself always navigating to my desktop, my documents, etc. when using the file transfer window. It would be great to have one click access to popular (or better, user-set) folders. Transferring from one desktop to another i would think is a very popular scenario.
